The Proposal

Title of Project: Suu Waukeenyans

Abstract:

Suu Waukeenyans have been around for more than thirty years and I plan to keep it around even though it is not a part of the athletic department any longer.  Being a leader of this club I will provide the school with new exciting routines and keep the entertainment fresh. I will help the members of the club to become better dancers and choreographers as they prepare for dance experiences in their future. I will get the club more involved in the community as far as performances and service work. We will work with different athletic teams to come together as a school and community. All while making sure they have a fun experience, and get good grades.

Goal:

My goal is to continue making the Suu Waukeenyans Dance Team a fun entertaining club and to help it grow as a team in dancing, friendship, and service.

Outcome:

If I can help my team become more experienced dancers, get more involved in service around our community, help them study to get better grades, then I will help these club members become more well-rounded dancers, students, and human beings. I will also have gained leadership in my own life that will help me become a better teacher and leader for my future.

Deliverables:

I will keep a photo album of my completed project. It will include the service projects we have had as a team, and other experiences that my club has participated in.
